The company called me almost immediately after I contacted them and Ian was here within 2 hours. He called to tell me when he was 15 minutes away. He covered his shoes before entering and placed a cloth on my floor before setting down his tool bag. He quickly determined the problem and what to do. Offered to move all my stored boxes that blocked his access to the pipes in the garage and to put them back afterwards. Very nice man.

Lawrence was awesome, we have worked with him before. He is such a gentleman that is someone your company should cherish. All of the workers that did the work! I cannot say enough, they were over the top and then some….I retired from the trades and I cannot say more than I wish all of these guys worked for me!! The sewer at our home backed up. I had three plumbing companies comes and give me a bid. Sugar Bear was not the cheapest out of the three but I liked Ian and the boys' professionalism and care to the property. It has been a hard and big job. Things are going well.

We've used Sugar Bear a few times over the past 12 years or so, including a sewer line replacement back in 2011. Most recently, Ian came out to help troubleshoot a long standing low hot water pressure problem that had gotten much worse in the past month. Ian was very professional and easygoing. I just used Sugar Bear to replace my gas HVAC and water heater with new heat pump models and couldn't be more pleased. It was somewhat of a complicated project as my house had major additions/renovations, Heat Pumps are only recently becoming popular, and I needed electrical work done as well. Not to mention I had installed solar, and had rebate and Google Home networking questions. Lawrence was my point person and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my inquiries. I usually don't trust contractors and go with recommendations from friends but I contacted them due to their positive reviews and was impressed with their prompt service, knowledge and reasonable price when other bids I had gotten were outrageously overpriced and put on a bit of a show to try and justify their terrible prices. I knew Lawrence is someone I can trust and with his patient and calm demeanor he and his team did a great job and I'm very happy with my new heat pump HVAC and Water heater installations. I'm glad to recommend this company for any HVAC or plumbing needs. They certainly went above and beyond my expectations and I will continue to use them in the future.
